At Goo Goo Dolls, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
